Q: Is Cashs Website Secure?
|
A: At Cashs of Ireland we recognize that there are growing concerns regarding security and privacy on the internet.
As a result, we have gone to every length possible (including SSL encryption) to ensure that any information you provide to us is secure and cannot be accessed by other individual or organization for any reason whatsoever. To this end we are pleased to announce that our website has been issued a unique, privately-owned security certificate by Verisign® this past month. Should you still have any questions regarding security please do not hesitate to contact us and we will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

Q: How Can I Be Sure If A Website Is Secure?

A: Most websites that use SSL encryption are identified by the appearance of either a padlock or key near the bottom of the users browser window. Alternatively in the URL (unique Internet Address) the designation "https" will appear denoting a secure page. While these may not appear on every page of a secure website, they should appear on those pages which contain any personal information such as credit card details. This is because SSL encryption is only performed on those parts of the website where it is required.
If you wish to verify that your credit card details are being maintained securely, simply place your cursor in the center of the page where you are asked to provide your credit card details and right click. Select "Properties" from the menu options that will appear and specific details of the SSL encryption connection on our website will be displayed.

Q: I Am Concerned That My Personal Information May Not Be Kept Private!

A: At Cashs of Ireland customer confidentiality is as important to us as it is to our customers.
Our customers are asked routinely to provide their names, addresses, phone numbers, fax numbers and email addresses. All of this information is used primarily to process orders or inquiries on our customers behalf. By providing us with these details our customers can assist us in ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service and support possible.
In addition to personal information customers who order may be also asked to provide us with credit card numbers and expiry dates if they choose to order using a credit card. All credit card details are used ONLY for the processing of their orders and are never used for any other purpose.
At Cashs of Ireland we may also use personal information to perform statistical analysis of our product sales in order to ascertain our customers preferences. These statistics allow us to confirm that the contents of our printed catalogues and our website are relevant to the majority of people who view them.
From time to time we may also exchange information with other third parties who we feel are of both the quality and trustworthiness our customers deserve. Personal information which we share with other interested third parties only includes your name, postal address and email address. At no time do we exchange our customers phone numbers, fax numbers or payment/credit history.
In addition to the above, we may also use the personal information you provide to mail you regular issues of our printed catalog or advise your of other special offers.

Q: How Do I Opt Out?

A: Sometimes personal preferences change. Some customers who receive our printed catalog occasionally wish to discontinue this service. Other customers may wish to continue receiving our catalogs but may prefer that we do not exchange their personal details with other third parties as discussed above.
In order to have your name deleted from our mailing list please send us an email at mail@cashs.com with the subject: delete. Please be sure to provide us with your name and address as they appear on your mailing label if at all possible. Your name will be removed from our mailing list. From time-to-time you may still be notified by email of changes to our website including new editions, sale products or other special announcements.
If you would like to continue receiving our printed catalog but would not like your name shared with other third parties please send us an email at mail@cashs.com with the subject: Do Not Exchange. Please be sure to provide us with your name and address as they appear on your mailing label if at all possible.
Your name will be flagged as exclusive to Cashs of Ireland, and you will continue to receive our printed catalog. From time to time, you may also be electronically advised by email of changes to our website including new editions, sale products or special announcements.

Q: What Is The Cost Of Shipping?

Please note that Cashs uses a sliding scale for postage calculation based entirely upon the total value of any merchandise purchased. Our current postage charges for orders placed with our toll free operators or by post are as follows: Please remember that there are hundreds of products in our catalog which are shipped postage free. We do not include the value of postage-free goods in your order total when calculating the postage charges.

The shipping charges noted above apply only on those orders being shipped to destinations with the United States.
Airmail Delivery Add $15.00 to Surface Rate
Shipping charges to other countries will vary and customers may inquire of exact shipping charges to other destinations by contacting us, providing us exact details of the merchandise they require and the address where they would like the order to be shipped. We will respond with an exact quotation as quickly as possible.
* Continental US rate does not apply to Alaska, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Marian Islands, Palau and Virgin Islands. Shipments to these destinations will incur an additional $15 shipping charge on top of the surface charge rate.

Q: What is the charge for shipping to additional addresses?

| A: For every shipping address after the first there is an additional $5 charge per address.

Q: Do I Have To Pay Customs Or State Taxes?
|
A: Customers having merchandise shipped to destinations within the United States are not liable for any additional customs, excise or state taxes.
Deliveries within countries that are members of the European Union are subject to 21% Value Added Tax (VAT). This tax is in accordance with European Law and must be paid prior to shipping.
Deliveries to other countries may be subject to local customs or import taxes for which the customer is 100% liable. Cashs cannot accept responsibility for any of these additional expenses.

Q: How Will Merchandise Be Delivered And How Long Does Delivery Take?
|
A: Parcels being shipped to street addresses within the United States will be delivered by United Parcel Services. This is the preferred method of delivery and usually the fastest, particularly during the busiest periods of the year. Most parcels we ship by U.P.S. are delivered within 12/15 business days, however air-mail delivery to the United States normally takes 7-10 business days if you select this option.
Parcels being shipped to post office boxes within the United States will be delivered by the United States Postal Service. Unfortunately, this method of delivery is not as fast as that offered by United Parcel Service so parcels may take a few days longer for delivery.
Parcels being shipped to any other country in the world will be shipped from our head office in Cork, Ireland by regular surface post. As a result, delivery to destinations that are a great distance from Ireland may take between 60-90 days. Deliveries to Canada and the European Union normally take between 4-6 weeks, but may be delayed at the busiest times of the year.

Q: Can I Cancel, Exchange or Return Merchandise?
|
A: Yes, you can!!!
Any order that has not been shipped may be cancelled at any time without penalty unless other prior arrangements have been made.
Cashs of Ireland has a generous and friendly return policy. All merchandise, including gifts, may be returned FOR ANY REASON within 60 days of purchase for a refund to the purchaser or an alternative item as long as the merchandise is still in the original condition it was received.
Customers are asked to complete the back of the packing slip when returning merchandise as this information will assist us in processing your request more efficiently.
The address to return merchandise is on the back of the packing documentation. All merchandise returned must be sent to our freight forwarder in Folcroft, PA via insured post in case of loss or damage in transit to that facility. Cashs cannot assume liability for uninsured parcels.
Merchandise must be returned to the address on the back of the packing document by insured post.

Q: Can I get my order giftwrapped?

| A: Unfortunately as we are shipping internationally we cannot giftwrap orders as they would not make it through customs. |

Q: Where Are Our Stores Located In Ireland?

A: We regret to advise our customers that Cashs no longer operates any retail outlets in Ireland. Having sold our last interest in February 1999, we have dedicated ourselves 100% to providing the finest mail order service in Ireland.

Q: What Confirmation Of My Order Will I Receive?
|
A: Customers placing orders using our Internet Website will receive confirmation via email noting the product and delivery address for each item ordered. It is imperative that you ensure that your email address is correctly entered. We will attempt to use your email address to keep you advised of any information we feel may be pertinent to your order.
Cashs does not issue invoices or any other billing documentation other than the packing documentation accompanying the parcel. If your order is paid by credit card, your statement will be proof or purchase. Customers who pay by postal money order, cheque or bank draft are requested to retain any relevant copies and/or documentation in case of any dispute.

Q: How And When Will I Be Billed?
|
A: Customers wishing to pay by cash may send their order to us at Cashs of Ireland, Mail Order Courier Center, P.O. Box 158, Plainview, New York, U.S.A. 11803-0158. Postal orders may be paid for using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Postal Money Order, Personal Cheque or Bank Draft. Please be aware that all orders are billed in and must be paid for in U.S. dollars only. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH AS WE CANNOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR MONEY WHICH IS LOST OR STOLEN IN THE POST.
Cheques, Postal Money Orders and Bank Drafts will be deposited immediately upon receipt. Funds for large personal cheques must be cleared before merchandise will be shipped.
Cashs of Ireland accepts Toll Free or Internet orders that are paid for with Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards only. We apologize to those customers who prefer to use other credit cards.
Orders that are to be paid for using a credit card will not be billed until merchandise is shipped from our warehouse in Cork, Ireland. No order paid by credit card will be shipped without prior authorization for payment from the credit card company.

Q: If I Send A Gift Will The Recipient Know How Much It Cost?
|
A: Cashs of Ireland offers gift delivery as a value-added service to our customers. As a result, customers save on the time and expense involved in re-packaging, re-addressing and re-shipping parcels.
Packing documentation sent to any address other than the billing address contains the name and address of the purchaser, the name and address of the recipient and a detailed listing of the contents of the parcel for verification. No prices whatsoever are indicated on packing slips unless the parcel is being shipped to the purchaser at their billing address.
